Director / Sawako Fukai


SW_ is founded by Sawako Fukai, an editorial director and producer working across a broad range of projects that foster dynamic cultural exchange through close collaboration with artists in both corporate and public sectors. Graduated from Sophia University, Japan, in 2005, she has over a decade of experience in the photography industry in Tokyo, London, and Amsterdam. She now leads and contributes to global initiatives. Her clients include Shiseido, the National Art Research Center, TOTO Ltd., Tokyo Art Book Fair, Tokyo Creative Salon, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Japan.

She is currently involved in various branding and editorial projects, primarily in the fields of art, design, and architecture. In addition to her commercial work, she also develops and participates in independent art initiatives such as Tokyo Photographic Research, as well as her own research-led projects, “A NEW SCALE” and “Matterreal.”

深井佐和子　
エディトリアルディレクター／プロデューサー 

上智大学文学部卒業後、2008年から2018年まで東京のギャラリーディレクターおよび編集者として活動後、2014年から約5年間をロンドンとアムステルダムで過ごし、ヨーロッパ各地の美術館、アートフェア、出版社と連携しながら、アートや編集に関する多数のプロジェクトを手がけた。現在は東京を拠点に、主にヨーロッパとのネットワークを活かし、国内外のクライアントとともにブランディングや編集プロダクションを展開している。企業および公共機関と連携し、アーティストとの密な協働を通じて文化交流を促進するプロジェクトを多数企画。これまでに、資生堂、国立アートリサーチセンター、TOTO株式会社、Tokyo Art Book Fair、Tokyo Creative Salon、オンタリオ美術館（カナダ）、オランダ王国大使館（日本）などのプロジェクトに携わってきた。
また、アート・コレクティブTokyo Photographic Researchのメンバーとして活動するほか、自身のリサーチプロジェクトである「Matterreal」やトークイベント、サロンを主宰するなど。国際交流や都市とアートに関する実践的なリサーチにも取り組み、さまざまなアートプロジェクトを展開している。
